Thanks to Niel Collard I am able to post a photo of what the R&C Centre looks like today. If you look closely you will be able to work it out. The top floor has changed some what but I am able to recognize the room I stayed in. I wonder if they have the same water tank? And note the fully sealed road and street lighting! Things have changed.
