"The Flags"

If you ever went into town on a Sunday afternoon you will remember The Flags, is was the most popular meeting place in Vung Tau. I can never remember a time when I saw any flags actually flying on the monument. However that's where the vehicles picked you up, and if was close to the bars and other forms of entertainment. I could only guess what stand in it's place now. If anyone knows please pass on the info to us here and we will post it.
