I have no idea what it is on about. If anyone can tell me I would love to know. It maybe someone has wrong settings for the Blog.

ANZAC Day 2010

Two of our inter-state members (Rip Kirby and Gordon Blanch) will be in Brisbane for ANZAC Day this year and are intending to march. It would be great to march as a group behind our Banner. If you are interested in marching please contact me at: mohrie@bigpond.com and I will arrange it. I will post details as they come to hand.

Change over day

This was the day they changed the MPC to a new script. By all accounts the best kept secret in Vietnam. Most, if not all the Noggs in town were caught with a heaps. I can remember finding some of the old MPC in my shorts pockets for days after. If you did not keep an eye on the change you were given you would end up with a heap of the old stuff when you were in town.

I know Ron Brock has passed away, however has anyone meet Terry Berriman since then, he has gone to ground. If anyone knows where he is please let us know so we can contact him.

Back to the MPC issue has anyone any left? If so bring it to the next reunion and we can all spend up big.

We all had a great day playing with the old Mk 5. Great memories.

Unit sign

Here's one for the 69 boys. The unit sign went up some time in 1969 and it was at the Harvey Bay reunion but I have not seen it since. It must be still around some place. If you have it can we use it at our next reunion, the committee will find a place for it. I believe the notice board, which can be seen in the photo was moved back inside as the VC got to know more about the vehicle movements then the Task Force.
